London-based photographer and visual artist Sofia Wilkinson-Steel draws on pop culture with tongue-in-cheek humour and bold style, creating editorial work around tv and film touchstones such as Scream and the Real Housewives franchise or exploring her own gaze and self-perception through self portraiture.
For the next fortnight, as the latest feature in our HUNGER DISCOVERS series with ethical social network VERO, she will be talking our followers through her unique practice while debuting a new, Renaissance-themed fashion story which riffs off the regencycore trend while exploring historic ideas of gender and sexuality. - Words from HungerTV
